Chicken Smitten

 Ha ha, how was that for clever?

Well, as most know, Nick has chickens and they have a nice big yard to roam around in they do have a coop-like area but we don't know where they're laying their eggs.  Anyway, I got an email from Wasatch Gardens because they were having a "Chicken Week".  So I thought, wow, this will be great to do with Nick, he'll love it!  So we went and learned about chickens then we ate a yummy organically produced breakfast burritos (with scrambled eggs) and finally, we went on a "Tour de Coop".  We visited about 5 coops in the Salt Lake City area.  We also saw a chicken that looked like a poodle . . . that's right, a poodle.
